NOTE: this step must be carried out under the system pressure, otherwise it should be advanced relief pressure. Upon completing the above, then open the vacuum pump. Open low pressure valve(blue), high pressure valve(red), and (open the high and) low pressure fast interfacethe system begins to draw a vacuum.
After a certain period of time(10-30min), check whether the system is completely vacuum, otherwise the vacuum should be repaired and re evacuation. Close the high and low pressure valves at the same time, and close the vacuum pump eventually. Put away the yellow tube and vacuum pump, and then the refrigerant bottle was tightened. Open the refrigerator bottle(forward), and valve core on the table group, exhaust yellow pipe in the air. Invert the refrigerant bottle, open low pressure valve, high pressure valve to add refrigerant.
After run the system test(about 5-10min), check the system pressure and temperature. If the refrigerant is insufficient, positive the refrigerant bottle, and open the low pressure valve slowly(it is prohibited to open high pressure valve), putting the proper amount of refrigerant gas. If it is too high, you should turn off the cylinder, open the high pressure valve slowly, discharge the amount of refrigerant(at this point should pay attention to the discharge of refrigerant wounding)from table group core, and close the high pressure valve, and retest. Back and forth until normal.
After running normally, close the refrigerant bottle and valve and then put high and low voltage fast connection and system(pay attention to high temperature hot)away. Detect the high pressure valve, low pressure valve, prohibit misuse to prevent damage to the pressure gauge. Do not use the working quality which is not consistent with the table group. Cannot be forced too much closing the high and low pressure valve. After use release the valve, proper storage, anti shock and fall.
